Clear about your data.

When you use the contact form, we process your name, company name, selected service, email address, optional phone number, project goal and language preference.

We use this data to assess your request, contact you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request. For general business questions, we rely on our legitimate interest in providing an appropriate response.

We delete requests that do not become customer relationships no later than twelve months after receipt. Data required for a contract, administration or legal claim may be subject to a different statutory retention period.

A contact request is never used as a newsletter subscription. We only send marketing emails after a separate subscription, explicit consent and confirmation by email.

We retain the email address, language, consent text version and the dates of request, confirmation and unsubscribe as evidence of your choice. Unconfirmed subscriptions are deleted after seven days. Evidence of an unsubscribed contact is deleted after 24 months.

You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every marketing email. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

We use a privacy-friendly analytics provider to understand visits at an aggregated level. This service does not set cookies, use local storage or fingerprinting, or retain IP addresses.

We do not send form contents, email addresses or other directly identifying information to this service. URL query parameters are not used as page content.

We engage specialised service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery and privacy-friendly analytics. These providers may only process personal data for their agreed task.

We select European regions where available. Some providers or their subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we verify and document appropriate safeguards, such as European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses. More information can be requested through info@growthwebdesign.nl.

This website currently uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from our own website.

Because we do not use cookies or similar technologies that require consent, we do not show a cookie banner. If we add marketing pixels, embeds or other non-essential tracking, we will request consent in advance.

We restrict access to personal data, use encrypted connections, secure provider accounts and apply data minimisation and automatic deletion. No security measure can eliminate every risk.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time.
